MIDWEST celebrates 25th Anniversary -- May 2007 Midwest Environmental Services celebrates it's 25th anniversary this month. Midwest was originally created in May of 1982 by Dennis Sterling and Doug Gronauer to provide environmental consulting services to industrial clients seeking hazardous and non-hazardous waste disposal guidance. In those 25 years, Midwest has grown from a two man consulting company into the full service environmental management firm that it is today. We currently operate permitted treatment facilities in Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio. In addition to these facilities, the corporate office is located in Brownstown, Indiana and we maintain two industrial service field offices located directly on client facility property.
